New Delhi: Two days after devotees bid adieu to Goddess Durga on the occasion of Vijay Dashami, now a video is doing rounds on social media where few students from AIIMS is seen and heard mocking ‘Ramayan.’
A video is said to be from India’s prestigious medical college AIIMS, and it has not gone down well by netizens as it has hurt the Hindu community. It is said that the show was hosted by a student, named Shoaib Aftab and sponsored by ‘Unacademy,’ an online learning platform that has sponsored it.

These video clips uploaded by AIIMS insider has left the netizens furious as it has insulted Lord Rama. The way Lord Rama and King Dasharatha has been addressed in the video is very derogatry and shameful.
Meanwhile, AIIMS student assn issued an apology, tweeted ANI
A video clip of a Ramleela skit by some students of AIIMS has been circulating on social media. On behalf of the students, we apologise for conduct of this skit which wasn’t meant to hurt anyone’s sentiments. We’ll ensure that no such activity takes place in future, says AIIMS Student Assn
