New Delhi: Since the launch of Reliance Jio, there has been a huge increase in the number of Internet users in India. People are also using more data than before, but now a surprise report has come up.

It has been claimed in the report that the Naxalite is in the high position of using data in India. They are using data up to 400GB in a day. It has also come to light that the Naxalites are using BSNL’s network for data usage.

According to the report, the Naxalites of the nine Naxal-affected states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh are using daily 400 GB data. It has also been revealed in the report that Naxalites use 2G data so much.

Explain that the government had given permission for BSNL to install mobile towers in these nine Naxal affected areas in June 2013. This project was sent to the cabinet again for clearance due to cost escalation and it was approved in August 2014.

Explain that BSNL and the Vihan Network together have set up 2,199 mobile towers in the Naxal affected areas which run on Solar Energy.
