My meditation!
When we rest in a great space of calm and stillness, there is a generous presence of the light inviting us to take the next step forward. So, the aim of our spiritual journey is to establish our spiritual consciousness as a strong positive influence on our soul. The real preparation is to heal daily and diligently, helping the self to purify all the barriers, gently weakening them and breaking them down. As we approach the days of the (09.09.2022…..18.09.2022) annual retreat, we are all on the journey to heightened consciousness, understanding and excitement. As we connect today to the diamond like radiance of the presence of this light from head to toe and bone to skin, our enlightened mind and heart will jointly heal to create our healed destiny. Heal the mind as it sometimes behaves irrationally and refuses to assist the real self to heal more. Affirm-“I am fully immersed in intelligence and illumination to heal all my stored karma and habits.” Repeat 7 times.
Keep healing to purify the mind and enlighten the heart, so that healing becomes our everyday reality. Healing hugs of absolute stability. Love from the diamond zones of light.
