Renault Triber launched in India: Prices, features, and specifications

New Delhi: Renault has finally launched the seven-seat Triber in India. The vehicle is available in five colour options and four variants – RXE, RXL, RXT and RXZ.

The Renault Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder engine that comes mated to a five-speed manual transmission to generate 72bhp at 6250rpm and 96Nm of torque at 3500rpm.

Prices and Four Variants

The Renault Triber will come with 4 variants and here are the variant wise prices:

RXE – Rs 4.95 lakh

RXL – Rs 5.49 lakh

RXT – Rs 5.99 lakh

RXZ – Rs 6.49 lakh

Warranty and Maintenance

Exterior features

The triber will come as standard with projector headlamps, 14-inch alloy wheels, and roof rails. The front grille features a three slat chrome finished front grille, front and rear faux skid plates and plastic body cladding around the vehicle.

Storage Space

The Renault Triber boars a boot space of 625-litres with the third row of seats completely removed. Additionally, the Triber in total allows for 31-litres of storage space with cubby holes positioned around the cabin.

Renault Triber Engine Options

The Triber will come equipped with a 999cc, three-cylinder petrol engine which Renault uses in its global products like the Clio and the Dacia Sandero. The engine in the triber is tuned to develop 72hp and 96Nm of torque. This engine will come with a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine at launch is only BS4 compliant.

Infotainment touchscreen

The Renault Triber will be equipped with an infotainment touchscreen which comes integrated with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Push-to-Talk and Video Playback on the screen as well. The Video Playback feature is likely to only be available when the vehicle is stationary for safety reason. Additionally, the system will also display the vehicle’s economy driving status with the ‘Driving Eco2’ feature.
