New Delhi: The Indian government is likely to introduce a bill in the winter session of the Parliament scheduled to be held on November 29 which will restrict most of the private cryptocurrencies in India, excepting a few to advance the underlying technology of cryptocurrency and its uses. The news has made cryptocurrency holders a bit worrisome. Besides, all major cryptocurrencies have undergone a downward trend suggesting a crash-like situation.

India’s aim is to ban private cryptocurrencies in India with the agenda to build their own version of crypto. The Centre might plan a conducive framework for the creation of the official digital currency to be issued by the Reserve Bank of India. Thus, amidst this situation, it is important to have a fair knowledge about private coins in the market.
