Notably, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin among others have secured a great place in the world of crypto and several commoners and billionaire, including the world’s richest man Elon Musk, owns some of the cryptos. Below are some cryptocurrencies that the richest men in the world own.

Elon Musk

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, is the world’s richest man who is considered a fan of Dogecoin. Time and again, he has shown his love for cryptocurrencies, especially Siba Inu. End of October, Musk revealed that he owns only Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dogecoin.

Jack Dorsey

The former CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey is a Bitcoin maxi. During The B Word conference in July, Dorsey stated that “If the internet gets a chance to get a native currency, what will that be?” He further added, “To me, that’s Bitcoin because of those principles, because of that creation story, because of its resilience. Besides, Bitcoin maximalists or maxis are regarded as those enthusiasts who believe that Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that will be needed in the future.

Sundar Pichai

In an interview with Bloomberg, Sundar Pichai stated that he does not own any cryptocurrencies, however, he also said, “I wish I did.” “I’ve dabbled in it, you know, in and out,” Google’s CEO added.

Mark Zuckerberg

Facebook creator, Mark Zuckerberg in May shared that he own Bitcoin. However, there is a twist to it. In November he posted a photo along with his pet goat named Bitcoin. Now, there is confusion, whether he owns the world’s largest cryptocurrency or not. Probably he does own, even though it is an undisclosed amount. In 2018, he held a positive stance towards blockchain technology saying, “The technology powering Bitcoin could help improve Facebook in the future.”

Tim Cook

Apple CEO clarified that he own crypto by saying, “it’s reasonable to own it as part of a diversified portfolio.” “I’m not giving anyone investment advice by the way,” Cook told Andrew Ross Sorkin at the New York Times’ DealBook online conference, suggesting that he invested money in crypto, however, is not confident about it.

Jeff Bezos

The founder of Amazon has rumoured to own both Bitcoin and Etthereum. However, Jeff Bezos did not clarify it himself. Besides, Amazon denied accepting Bitcoin or any other crypto as a payment option.

Bill Gates

Bill Gates has not confirmed but hinted at owing Bitcoin. In 2014, in an interview with Bloomberg, he stated that “Bitcoin and ICOs, I believe completely [they’re some] of the crazier, speculative things.”

Warren Buffet

Buffet does not own any cryptocurrencies but has been a long-time critic of Bitcoin and other cryptos.
