New Delhi, Jan 7: The Indian team of Divij Sharan and Purav Raja has stormed into the Final of ATP Chennai Open.
In the semi-finals yesterday, the unseeded pair stunned the second seeded Argentinian duo of Guillermo Duran and Andres Molteni, with a straight set 6-4, 6-2 win.
In the Final, Divij and Purav will meet the winners of today’s other semi-final between India’s Rohan Bopanna and Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and the fourth seeded American-Kiwi team of Nicholas Monroe and Artem Sitak. The title clash will be played tomorrow.
In the Singles semi-finals today, Russia’s Daniil Medvedev will clash with Dudi Sela of Israel, while Frenchman Benoit Paire will be up against Roberto Bautista Agut.
