Sheila Dikshit named Delhi Congress chief, Maken congratulates her on Twitter
New Delhi: Former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has been appointed the chief of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC), days after Ajay Maken’s resignation from the post.
Eighty-year-old Dikshit has been a three-time chief minister of Delhi.
Ajay Maken took to Twitter to congratulate Dikshit, saying that under her leadership the Congress party will play the role of a powerful opposition against the governments in the national capital and at the Centre.
