Plot
Atin, a curious and free-spirited young man with a passion for collecting antiques. That makes him stumble upon an intriguing idol at a quaint curio shop. One tucked away in the bustling lanes of Park Street, Kolkata.
He is drawn to its intricate craftsmanship and enigmatic aura. Therefore, Atin purchases the idol without a second thought, unaware of the dark secrets it holds.
What initially appears to be a harmless addition to his collection soon spirals into a series of inexplicable and unsettling events. Strange occurrences begin to disrupt Atin’s daily life—recurring nightmares, eerie whispers in the night, and shadows that seem to move on their own. As Atin delves deeper into the idol’s origins, he uncovers its link to an age-old curse and an unfinished ritual rooted in a forgotten past.
However, supernatural forces and ancient mysteries now trap Atin in a complex web. This makes him realize he must unravel the truth behind the idol before it consumes him entirely. His journey takes him from the colonial archives of the city to long-abandoned temples. There, he encounters mystics, historians, and those who have narrowly escaped the idol’s curse. What started as a simple purchase quickly becomes a fight for his sanity—and his soul.
Bhog takes viewers on a mysterious and cerebral journey, blurring the lines between science fiction, psychological intrigue, and supernatural speculation.
Time is running out, and the line between reality and illusion is blurring. Atin must confront not just the entity haunting him, but also his own fears and regrets.
