New Delhi: You will have a busy and exciting week of July 2023 thanks to a slew of anticipated new releases. This week sees a flood of new television episodes and films debuting on streaming services, with horror and crime thrillers seeming to be the dominant subgenre.
Some popular fresh Bollywood content coming for viewers this week includes the likes of Blind, Tarla, and Ishq Next Door. Besides these, the popular Hollywood shows The Lincoln Lawyer Season 2, The Horror of Dolores Roach, and Korean drama Shadow Detective Season 2 will blow the OTT platforms this week.

In this film, Sonam Kapoor plays a vision-challenged Scottish lady who becomes embroiled in a hazardous game. On one occasion, she rides in a caband becomes suspicious, based on gut feelings alone, that the driver has a passenger tied in the trunk. She makes the connection between this event and reports of a serial murderer abducting women and contacts the police. She solved the case with her keen assumption skills. As a result, the driver in revengestarted following and harassing her until she gives up. Itis a remake of the South Korean film Blind 2011.

2.Tarla
Tarla Dalal, played by Huma Qureshi, is an award-winning Indian chef and cookbook author whose life story inspires this film. Her incredible journey to culinary stardom is explored, and her dedication and determination are brought to life. Tarla thinks about the goals she has abandoned and the boring lifestyle she has settled into after 12 years of marriage. She finds unexpected success when she decides to offer culinary lessons, which also reignites her interest in the kitchen. Tarla’s husband, Nalin Dalal, is played by Sharib Hashmi.

3. Ishq Next Door
In the 2023 Hindi drama series Ishq Next Door, directed by Akhilesh Vats, three young people find themselves in a love triangle. The programme follows the lives of a young guy who is responsible but otherwise somewhat bland until he falls in love with the new girl next door. Things go from bad to worse when another man enters the scene, turning the situation into a love triangle. Among the many talented actors and actresses featured in the play are Natasha Bharadwaj, Purav Jha, Abhay Mahajan, and Gopi Desai.

This American courtroom drama follows defence attorney Mickey Haller played by Manuel Garcia-Rulfo.It is based on a trilogy of books written by Michael Connelly. Mickey Haller is not the typical attorney. From the trunk of his Lincoln, this rising lawyer handles major and minor cases in Los Angeles. He takes on cases from clients all across the city while sitting in the back of a chauffeur-driven Lincoln Navigator, showcasing his unconventional approach.

2. The Horror of Dolores Roach
The Horror of Dolores Roach, created by Aaron Mark, is a comic horror series set in 2023 that explores genres including gentrification, the battle for survival, cannibalism, and lunacy. Dolores Roach, the show’s protagonist, gets released from prison after 16 years to discover that the city she once knew has been transformed by gentrification. An old friend who shares her empathyand agrees to hire her as a masseuse in his basement. When her chances of survival are low, Dolores resorts to extraordinary measures to protect her safety.
