Committee Kurrollu OTT Release: Niharika Konidela’s rural comedy Committee Kurrollu, helmed by Yadu Vamsi, is finally available for watching online.
As announced earlier, the movie’s streaming partner ETV Win has rolled out the P. Sai Kumar entertainer on its platform on September 12, 2024, allowing the fans to access it from the comfort of their home.

Featuring a number of newcomer actors & made on a small budget of Rs 5 crore, Committee Kurrollu arrived in cinemas on August 9th, 2024 with little to no buzz surrounding its release.
While most movie critics, considering the comedy film’s low budget and lack of star power, expected it to go unnoticed on the big screens, it surprisingly proved everyone wrong after its collections started picking pace despite witnessing dull occupancy during the initial shows.
Not much after, positive word of mouth from the cinephiles came into the picture & bosted Committee Kurrollu’s performance with each passing day. Eventually, the Telugu drama punched way above its weight & only concluded its BO run after minting a whopping sum of Rs 25 crore from the ticket windows.
Now, it will be interesting to see if the movie takes its momentum from the theaters to the digital screens & performs amazingly on the OTT as well.
Plot of the Film
Committee Kurrollu is a heartwarming story of a friend’s group who lives together in Purushothapalli village and share an unbreakable bond of unity among themselves.
However, as time passes by, the community’s harmony goes for a toss when the group falls apart after having a heated argument with one another, that too on a sensitive topic. What unfolds next and how the young guys clear the looming misunderstanding to reunite again is the remaining story of the movie.
Cast and Production
Instead of featuring established renowned stars, Committee Kurrollu’s makers opted to give a chance to emerging actors like Sharanya Suresh, Yaswanth Pendyala, Goparaju Ramana, Prasad Behara, Sandeep Saroj, and P. Sai Kumar amongst others in their movie.
Jayalakshmi Adapaka and Padmaja Konidela have bankrolled the rural drama under the banner of Pink Elephant Pictures and Shree Radha Damodar Studios.
