New Delhi: Only super hit shows can make it back with season 4, and the Israeli superhit series Fauda is one of them.
Fauda season 4 will be streaming on Netflix from 20 January. After the immense success of season 3, the creators are back with another episode of the action thriller.
Israeli show Fauda’s first streamed on Netflix in 2015 and it was a major critical and commercial success.
The plot of season 4 is based on a retired Mossad soldier who unwillingly returns to his undercover operation after he discovers that a dangerous terrorist, who was declared dead is still working on his nefarious mission.
Fauda season 4 stars one of the co-creators, Lior Raz, in the lead role. Season 4 is going to have 12 episodes in total, all of which would be available to stream from 20 January 2023.
The creators have released a short trailer for the military-based series. While it doesn’t reveal any key details, we can expect the story will turn to Hezbollah, Hamas, and Palestinian militants against Israeli forces.
Season 4 will pick up the story from where it left off, where Dorran (Lis Raz) was evicted from the mission. Now he will be back at it with some new twists and engaging events.
Doron will go undercover this time, but his team’s secret gets out of the box after a chain of events at a wedding.
The show is also available on Yes Network in Isreal.
Although a great success, the show often receives allegations of xenophobia as it shows the Palestinian side as a terrorist organization.
