New Delhi: Kunal Kamra, who usually creates controversy through his comedy show, has to cancel his show in a bar in Gurugram. It is reported that Gurugram bar cancelled the show after it received a warning from Vishwa Hindu Parisad and Bajrang Dal. The show was scheduled to be held on September 17 and 18 at Studio Xo Bar in Sector 29.

In a memorandum to the Gurugram Deputy Commissioner, the VHP and Bajrang Dal said that they would hold a protest and disrupt the show if held. National Spokesperson VHP Vinod Bansal also shared a copy of the memorandum on Twitter.
Vinod Bansal wrote, ”VHP today given a letter to the @DC_Gurugram to cancel the show of AntiHindu Kunal Kamra scheduled in Gurugram on 17th of this month. These hatemongers must be booked under panel provisions of law. Can’t be allowed to perform in public. The @gurgaonpolice sud take action.”

After getting the news, Kamra wrote on Twitter, ”He makes fun of our culture we claim, He makes fun of our deities we think, We have no evidence but his show disrupts our peace, 12 of us don’t want the show to happen & 500 have got tickets to watch it, So what should the authorities do?
