New Delhi: Mannara Chopra, Bigg Boss contestant and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra’s cousin is celebrating her birthday today. The model turned actress rose to fame with Bigg Boss has worked in Telugu, Hindu and Kannada films. She is the maternal cousin of Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra. She made her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Zid’. She was noticed by audience in reality show Bigg Boss 17 where she was the second runner-up.
Mannara’s early life
Mannara hails from Haryana. Her mother is a Jewellery designer and father is a lawyer in Delhi High court. She completed her schooling from Delhi and received a BBA degree. Her real name is Barbie Handa and she changed her name to Mannara on her sister Priyanka Chopra’s advice. She moved to Mumbai after completing her education and started doing Modelling and advertising. She ahs acted in a lot of commercials like Dulux Paints, Suzuki, Parle and Myntra. She also appeared in the song ‘Bas Bajna chahiye Gaana’. She has also worked as a fashion designer and Asistant Choreographer and is also trained in Hip Hop and Belly dancing.

She was also seen playing Holi with her cousins Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas with their daughter Maltie. She even played with the litte one Malti and clicked pictures. The family also shared the Holi celebration pics in their Instagram handle.
