New Delhi: Income Tax raids underway at the properties of film director Anurag Kashyap and actor Taapsee Pannu in Mumbai, said Income Tax Department.
The IT department is conducting searches on people related to Phantom films for tax evasion.
Simultaneous raids are being conducted in 20 other locations apart from the residences of these celebrities in Mumbai and Pune.
Phantom Films was a film production and distribution company established by Anurag Kashyap, director Vikramaditya Motwane, producer Madhu Mantena and Vikas Bahl.
The company was dissolved in October, 2018.
