New Delhi: The much-awaited trailer of the film “Jawan” has been released, promising an action-packed experience for audiences. After a long wait, Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan unveiled the trailer, giving insights into the film’s plot.
The trailer of “Jawan” was unveiled a day after the grand audio launch and a little over a month after Shah Rukh Khan released a prevue for the film.

The trailer showcases eminent cast members including Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Deepika Padukone. It also offers glimpses of Shah Rukh’s different looks in the movie. Excitingly, the trailer will be projected on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai on 31st August at 9pm, where Shah Rukh has traveled for the occasion.
In the movie, Shah Rukh Khan portrays a former soldier who leads a team of six women in executing heists across the country. One of their notable endeavors involves hijacking a metro, which puts Nayanthara’s police officer character in charge of the case. Interestingly, Shah Rukh’s character mentions ‘Alia Bhatt’ when asked what he wants by Nayanthara. Furthermore, the film hints at his past marriage with Nayanthara as they share romantic moments. Deepika Padukone makes a fierce special appearance and engages Shah Rukh in a wrestling match. Vijay Sethupathi is seen in various roles, potentially portraying the fourth-largest arms dealer globally.

“Jawan” is presented by Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Atlee. It is produced by Gauri Khan, with co-production by Gaurav Verma. The movie is set to release worldwide in theaters on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
