New Delhi: Since 2007, after winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, the stand-up comedian, Kapil Sharma did not have to look back. Be it his spontaneous jokes, singing, or acting, the multi-talented star finds success in whatever he indulges in. Currently, the ace comedian is shooting for his next film, directed by the actress and filmmaker Nandita Das in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.

Reportedly, the actor will be playing the role of a food delivery boy. On Friday, a fan of the Firangi actor shared a photo of him sitting on a bike, wearing an orange T-shirt, and carrying a delivery bag on his back. The picture shows that he has got himself under the skin of a delivery boy and is quite unrecognisable in the picture that went viral. However, his die-hard fans took no time to recognise him in the traffic. Sharing the picture, one of his fans wrote, “Sir ji, main aaj aapko live dekhliya (Today I saw you in person).”

The tweet caught Kapil’s attention and which he retweeted and sarcastically wrote, “Kisi ko batana mat (Don’t tell anyone else about it).”

Swiggy wala Banda kapil nikla (I was trying to find Kapil in the picture but then I realised that he is dressed like food delivery person), while another fan jokingly said, “Dusra kaam dhund liya kya sir (Sir have you found a new profession for yourself)?”

Special thanks to @nanditadasofficial for introducing me to the beautiful culture and traditions of Odisha in detail just like you do in your movies. #beautiful #bhubaneswar #thecityoftemples.”

While talking about Nandita Das’ untitled project, Kapil told PTI, “I am very excited about this project, not because I am doing a film, but because I am doing Nandita Das’ film, whom I have seen both as an actor and a director. She has a very distinct and deep way of looking at things and a keen eye for details. So, my job as an actor is to just do what she tells me.”
