New Delhi: The highly awaited teaser of Asif Ali starrer Kasargold was finally dropped by the makers today.
The Malayalam movie will also see Asif working once again with his iconic movie B-tech’s director Mridul Nair.
Kasargold’s intriguing teaser
In the minute-and-a-half-long teaser of the Malayalam crime drama, we get to see a group of young guys who sets off on an adventurous journey.
Although Kasargold’s recently released teaser is not as revealing as we all expected it to be, it does give a peek at the plot of the movie. The teaser also makes it very obvious that the upcoming movie is going to be an action thriller and will have a lot of gripping action scenes to give the public a mesmeric experience in the theaters.
Recently, Kasargold’s director Mridul Nair spoke about the movie and revealed that it was originally supposed to be shot in 2021. However, covid 19’s second wave made it impossible for his team to continue with the shoot and they were forced to postpone the same. He also gave credit to Saregama for giving the trouble-graven movie a new life.
Asif’s fascination with Kasargold’s plot
Kasargold’s leading star Aasif also shared his excitement for the upcoming project saying, “I am thrilled by the movie’s storyline”
Aasif further told about how fascinated the movie’s nearly perfect script got him. “I hope the audience also feels the same excitement while watching the suspenseful drama unfold on the big screens”, he added.
