After creating buzz with its emotional storytelling and captivating performances during its theatrical run, the film is now all set to reach a wider audience via OTT.
Nesippaya will officially be available for streaming on SUN NXT starting from 16th of May, 2025.
Plot
Diya, a vibrant and ambitious woman, finds herself in the most unimaginable situation when she is suddenly accused and framed for a murder in Portugal—a crime she didn’t commit. With her world crashing down, she is thrown into a foreign prison, helpless and alone, facing charges that threaten to ruin her life.
The media, the authorities, and even those closest to her are quick to label her guilty, but Diya knows the truth: she’s innocent. As the walls of suspicion close in around her, she feels utterly trapped, with no way out. But just when hope seems all but lost, a familiar face from her past emerges.
Arjun, Diya’s ex-boyfriend, now living in India, is devastated when he learns of her arrest.
