Parachute OTT Release: The Tamil web series is all set to hit the OTT screens on 29th November on Disney+Hotstar. The thriller drama series is written by Sridhar K and directed by Rasu Ranjith.
Plot
The story of the mystery drama series follows the life of an 11 and 7-year-old brother and sister who live a happy life with their family in the small city of Tamil Nadu. Their father is a strict one and expects them to be obedient and disciplined.
His 11-year-old son is the elder one and he used to play and attend school with his younger sister Ruthra. They used to go to school together and come back and study and play together, However, things took a dramatic turn when the elder one failed in two subjects in exams
He showed his report card to his father and he beat him with a stick. The father had a motorcycle and he named it ‘Parachute’. The boy gets upset after being thrashed by his father and he takes his younger sister Ruthra on his father’s bike and they go on a ride.
However, things take a dramatic turn when they don’t realize how far they have come on the bike, and now they don’t know the way back to their house. Meanwhile, their mother begins to worry when they don’t reach home until evening.
She informs her husband and they file a Police Complaint and begin the search. The rest of the film is about the search for the missing children. Will the cops able to find them or the children get kidnapped?

The star cast features Shakthi Rithvik, Iyal Krishna, Kani Thiru, Shaam, and Kishore among others.
