New Delhi: Rana Naidu, the much eagerly awaited Netflix series starring Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh Daggubati, has finally released its official teaser. The Baahubali star plays the title character in the web series, which is billed as an all-out action drama. Venkatesh, Rana Daggubati’s legit paternal uncle, plays Naidu’s estranged father in the drama helmed by Karan Anshuman and Suparn S Varma.
The Netflix series’ enticing teaser suggests that the web series centers around Rana Naidu, a ‘fixer’ who specializes in resolving celebrity issues. He has a tough relationship with his estranged father Naga Naidu, who has returned from prison after serving a life sentence. Rana Naidu’s 2.37-minute promotional trailer suggests that the web series is a visceral and violent look at exactly how far a father-son bond can go bad. The skills of Venkatesh, Rana Daggubati, and the superb supporting cast are the trailer’s highlights.
The talented actor spoke widely about working with his real-life uncle Venkatesh Daggubati once more during the trailer premiere event for the Netflix series. As per Rana Daggubati, portraying such complicated personalities was exceedingly tough for both stars, especially given the filthy language used in the lines. “First and foremost, I have to despise someone I adore in this show. It was also difficult to use profane language. Because it was bothering him, it was bothering me as well. As long as we used it in Hindi, it was alright. It was just too much the moment it sounded in Telugu “Rana Daggubati elaborated.
“But I believe we were already on the path to achieving what we accomplished because of how the roles were established and the ideas Karan and Suparn have given us in the interpretations. And, unlike movies, these are considerably longer, allowing you to spend more time with the characters “said the skilled actor.
