Rekhachithram OTT Release Date: Asif Ali and Anaswara Rajan’s recently released movie Rekhachithram emerged as the very first Malayalam blockbuster of 2025.
Helmed by Jofin T. Chacko, the movie, made on a small budget of Rs 6-9 crores (Approx) made its way to the theaters on January 9th, 2025 & received an overwhelming reception from both the fans and cinemagoers.
Riding high on the positive reviews & exceptional word of mouth, it enjoyed a monumental run at the Box Office, earning a spectacular Rs 55 crore from the ticket windows before eventually wrapping up its business at the Box Office.
Now, after witnessing an iconic theaterical run, it is all set to test its luck with the fans on digital screens in the coming month.
When and where to watch Rekhachithram online on OTT
A few days back, Rekhachithram’s digital rights were purchased by SonyLIV for a whopping amount of money.
Now, the latest update is that the film is going to make its digital debut on Sony LIV on March 14th, 2025, allowing fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes. However one must note here that a subscription to the OTT gaint’s services will be required in order to access the film online.
Cast and Production
Rekhachithram, in its star-studded cast, features Asif Ali and Anaswara Rajan playing the main characters. Besides, the film also sees other actors including, Mammootty, Manoj K. Jayan, Siddique, Jagadish, Saikumar, Harisree Ashokan, Indrans, and Zarin Shihab playing pivotal roles.
It is backed by Venu Kunnappilly under the banners of Kavya Film Company and Ann Mega Media.
