New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. At an event in Indore, the actor was asked about the trolling she faces for visiting Mahakal temple to which she gave a cracking reply and said that her beliefs are personal and she will continue to visit temples.
Sara said that she takes her work seriously and works for people. She added that she would feel bad if people do not like her work but when it comes to her beliefs, they are personal to her.

Talking about her visit to Mahakaleshwar Temple, the actor said that she goes to Ajmer Sharif with the same devotion with which she goes to Bangla Sahib or Mahakal temple. Giving a befitting reply to the trolls, Sara said that she will continue visiting and people can say whatever they want. Sara also talked about liking the energy of a place to visit it.
Sara Ali Khan has been a frequent visitor to the Mahakaleshwar Temple and be it on-screen in ‘Kedarnath’ or off-screen, the actor has not shied away to show her secular devotion. She also ‘Bhasma Aarti’ (offering the ashes), on her last visit and shared pictures and videos from the temple on her Instagram account.
She was seen in a pink coloured saree while she performed the aarti and offered prayers. The temple priest Sanjay Guru also said that the actor has unwavering faith in Mahakal and she often visits the temple.
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan will be seen in Laxman Utekar’s rom-com ‘Zara Hatke Zara Bachke’ alongside Vicky Kaushal. The film will release in theatres on June 2.
