New Delhi: Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal are set to feature in Laxman Utekar’s rom-com titled ‘Zara Hat Ke Zara Bach Ke’. Sara and Vicky took to social media and shared a few glimpses of the film, showing Vicky in a green tracksuit and Sara in a blue outfit with a red dupatta. The trailer for the movie is set to release on May 15.
Sharing the stills from the film, the actors asked their fans to guess if their love story will be romantic or dramatic. The video clip showing the stills was also backed by the song ‘Tu Hai To’, sung by Arijit Singh and composed by the duo of Sachin-Jigar.
‘Zara Hat Ke Zara Bach Ke’ follows a couple that wants to live separately from their family and uses the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) to get a house. Apart from Sara and Vicky in the lead, the film also stars Meghna Agarwal.
Written and directed by ‘Luka Chuppi’ and ‘Mimi’ filmmaker Laxman Utekar, the film is produced by Jio Studios and Maddock Films. The movie will release in theatres on June 2. The title of the film is inspired by the song ‘Yeh Hai Mumbai Meri Jaan’ from ‘C.I.D’, sung by Geeta Dutt and Mohammed Rafi.
Sara Ali Khan also has Anurag Basu’s ‘Metro…In Dino’ opposite Aditya Roy Kapoor and a period drama ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ in the pipeline. Vicky Kaushal will also be seen in Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw’s biopic ‘Sam Bahadur’ and ‘Mr. Lele’ alongside Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar. Vicky and Sara will also be seen together in Aditya Dhar’s ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’ with Allu Arjun.
