Sookshmadarshini OTT Release Date: M. C. Jithin’s directorial Malayalam comedy Sookshmadarshini was a bumper hit at the Box Office. Boasting stars like Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim in its cast, the flik premiered on the big screens last month on November 22nd, 2024 & received an overwhelming reception from the cinemagoers.

Riding high on its promising narrative, catchy story & humorous elements, the movie effortlessly resonated well with viewers not only from India but from all over the world. As a result, the Mollywood entertainer emerged as a massive commercial success, amassing a whopping Rs 55 crores (approx) from the ticket windows before concluding its remarkable theatrical journey.

Meanwhile, following Sookshmadarshini’s triumph at the Box Office, the buzz around its OTT premiere is also soaring day by day with fans waiting for it to land on the digital screens with bated breath.

Coming to the same, the makers of the Basil Joseph starrer, as per the latest reports,  have locked in an OTT  deal with Disney + Hotstar, making the platform the official streaming partner of their film. This means that in the coming days, Sookshmadarshini will make its digital debut on Disney + Hotstar, allowing fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.

However, one will have to wait to know when exactly will the movie arrive on the OTT giant as no confirmation about the same has been made by its makers as of now.

Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim are the leading pair of Sookshmadarshini. Additionally, the black comedy also stars Akhila Bhargavan, Merin Philip, Deepak Parambol, Pooja Mohanraj, Sidharth Bharathan, and Kottayam Ramesh in other supporting roles.

A. V. Anoop, Shyju Khalid, and Sameer Thahir are the film’s producers who have bankrolled it under the banner of AVA Productions Happy Hours Entertainments.
