New Delhi: Swara Bhaskar is no stranger to ruthless internet trolling. Be it her political opinions or controversial scenes, the actress often finds herself getting ripped to shreds by haters online.

However, this time, Swara Bhaskar shook the internet by secretly marrying political activist and SP member Fahad Ahmed.

As pictures of the duo’s secret engagement were making rounds on the internet, Netizens were quick to point out the unhappiness on Fahad’s mother’s face.

While Fahad and Swara are smiling ear to ear while embracing each other in their engagement pictures, the groom’s mother carries on a gloomy expression on her face.

In a bright red saree with a green stoned maang tika, Swara Bhaskar looked gorgeous as a new bride as she walked out with Fahad Ahmed. She announced over Twitter that she is wearing her mother’s saree and jewelry.

The couple read their wedding vows in a secret court marriage in Delhi with only close friends and family present. Divya Dutta, Sonam Kapoor, and Sandeep Khosla were the only industry friends who attended the court marriage.

Rumors have it that the actress and the political activist might tie the knot in a proper ceremony next month.

Nasty trolls are also targeting Swara and Fahad religions. Linking it to Shraddha and Aftab’s case, a user asked if Fahad had asked for a fridge in the dowry.

 

 

Going out of her way, Kangana Ranaut who is the polar opposite of Swara Bhaskar in terms of political inclination, wished the duo all the best and called the marriage ‘god’s grace.’
