Tanushree Dutta lodges FIR against Nana Patekar in sexual harassment case; Here’s the copy
New Delhi: Actress Tanushree Dutta visited the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai to record her statement in connection with her allegations of sexual harassment against actor Nana Patekar. Dutta has lodged an FIR against Nana Patekar and others in the case.

Oshiwara Police have registered an FIR against Nana Patekar, the song’s choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Samee Siddiqui and director of ‘Horn OK Pleasss’, Rakesh Sarang under section 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. The police may summon Nana Patekar in the case. Nana Patekar held a press conference only to let media persons know that he will not be speaking on the matter.
About the case
Narrating her ordeal repeatedly to various media outlets, Tanushree said that on the sets of Horn OK Pleassss, she was ordered to do lewd, vulgar and intimate dance steps with Nana Patekar, something she had not signed up for. She also said that when she refused to do it, her car was attacked by a bunch of goons.
