Plot

The entire premise of this anime revolves around Neko as she unveils the mysteries of each burdened spirit that comes into the hotel.
All the while shes trying to figure out her own reality and how she ended up in this liminal space. Each guest is an enigma with a weight unknown dragging them down, and Neko must free them of it.
