The Bear OTT Release: The beloved culinary dramedy The Bear is back with a sizzling new season, and fans couldn’t be more excited.

After three seasons of chaotic kitchens, personal growth, and unforgettable characters, Season 4 of The Bear promises to serve up even more emotional depth, razor-sharp humor, and high-stakes drama.

The series, which has already carved out a legacy as one of the most compelling modern shows about ambition and resilience, is returning exclusively to JioHotstar on June 26th, 2025.

Plot

Carmy, a highly skilled young chef trained in the elite world of fine dining, returns to his hometown of Chicago following a personal tragedy — the unexpected death of his older brother. Inheriting the family’s humble sandwich shop, The Original Beef of Chicagoland, Carmy finds himself far removed from the polished kitchens he once worked in. The small business is in disarray — plagued by financial instability, outdated equipment, and a disorganized, chaotic crew resistant to change.

Determined to honor his brother’s memory and restore the restaurant to its former glory, Carmy embarks on an uphill battle to transform the greasy, struggling establishment into a respectable culinary space. But it’s not just the shop that needs fixing — Carmy himself is grappling with deep emotional scars, anxiety, and the weight of grief. His return home becomes a journey of internal and external transformation, as he learns to let go of toxic perfectionism and find purpose beyond accolades.

Working alongside a team of eccentric, foul-mouthed, and fiercely loyal kitchen staff — including Sydney, an ambitious sous-chef; Richie, his hot-headed “cousin”; and Tina, the no-nonsense veteran cook — Carmy slowly begins to build something more meaningful than a revamped menu. Amid the yelling, clattering pans, and endless orders, this ragtag crew slowly becomes more than just coworkers — they become his chosen family, bound together by shared struggle, passion, and an unspoken need for redemption.

In his attempt to salvage the sandwich shop, Carmy isn’t just saving a business — he’s saving himself.
