The Forge OTT Release: The upcoming Christian drama will be hitting the OTT platforms on 22nd December on Netflix. The film was released in the United States on August 23rd, 2024.

Plot

The story of the film follows the life of a guy named Isaiah Wright who lives with her mother who is a single parent. Isaiah expects her son to help with the house chores but he is always occupied in his video games.

Even after completing High School, he spent most of his time playing games or with his friends. His mother then threatens him to start earning or start living somewhere else.

However, one day she gives a warning to her son to find a job or leave the house. After seeing his mother’s reaction her son decides to look for a job. Isaiah begins his hunt for a job but has no luck.

Meanwhile, he keeps trying and move from one company to another but is rejected everywhere. One day he visits a fitness center for an interview where while he is filling out the form he notices by someone

He ignores that person and continues writing the form. Meanwhile, the person asks his name and tells him he is the President of the company.

The man asks him to answer his 3 questions and then he can think of giving him the job, well Isaiah Wright finally gets the job and his life changes and his mother is extremely happy for him.

The film received positive reviews from critics and audiences and grossing $40 million worldwide against a $5 million budget and garnered Alex Kendrick’s 4th “A+”
