New Delhi: The film adaptation of Robinne Lee’s book, The Idea of You, which starred Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine, had its premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival on March 16, 2024.
A digital debut of the show is scheduled for Amazon Prime Video. It’s about a boy band singer in his twenties and a lady in her forties who falls for him. As a hilarious romantic comedy, the picture offers a comforting getaway.

Plot
In this romantic comedy, we follow the story of Solène, a 40-year-old single mother, who has a surprising relationship with August Moon’s 24-year-old lead singer, Hayes Campbell.
The film has given us a sneak look with a few little glances. Soléne Marchand, a divorced mother who is 40 years old, brings her daughter Izzy, who is 16 years old, to Coachella in The Idea of You. Soléne meets the 24-year-old lead singer of the famous boy band August Moon during the festival, and their passionate romance begins.

Following its premiere at the South by Southwest (SXSW) film, music, and media festival in Austin, Texas, on March 16, 2024, Amazon Prime Video will host the premiere of The Idea of You on May 2, 2024. Amazon MGM Studios and other production firms are producing the film.

Amazon Studios and MGM have pooled their resources to finance the picture.
