Thelma the Unicorn OTT Release Date: This musical adventure animation is on its way for online streaming soon

New Delhi: Aaron Blabey’s beloved children’s book Thelma the Unicorn serves as the inspiration for this exciting new animated adventure comedy. Jared Hess and Lynn Wang were the film’s directors, while Jared and Jerucha Hess wrote the screenplay. With its captivating animation and intriguing plot, the film also has an exceptional voice cast.

The animation is about a pony named Thelma who wants to be a famous singer. Her aspirations, however, seem unattainable until a lucky event turns her into a unicorn. On May 17, the narrative will make its debut on the streaming platform.

Plot

The protagonist of Thelma the Unicorn is an ordinary pony named Thelma who aspires to be a famous singer. An unexpected consequence comes with Thelma the Pony’s meteoric climb to worldwide music superstardom when a rare, glittery, unicorn-filled moment of destiny grants her yearning to be a unicorn. Thelma soon realizes that it may not live up to all the expectations.

The animation will depict whether Thelma will return to her best friend and her old life in the shadows or surrender to the allure of the limelight. Truthful friendship, self-acceptance, and the idea that stardom doesn’t always lead to prosperity are all themes explored in Thelma the Unicorn.

In the trailer, we see how Thelma goes from being a regular pony to a shimmering unicorn, all in pursuit of her dream of performing at the world-famous Sparkle palooza music festival. Thelma finds out she can sing after an accident drenches her in glitter and pink paint.
