New Delhi: A video that surfaced recently shows Salman having a candid moment with Sangeeta, hugging her and kissing on her forehead. Meeting for Salman’s birthday bash the duo has netizens excited again with a lot to say. Salman Khan and actress Sangeeta Bijlani dated for almost a decade back in the 90s. They were allegedly very close to getting married.

Turning 57 today, Salman Khan began his birthday with a bash with the who’s who of Bollywood. Hosted by sister Arpita Khan and brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, the bash had many known faces including Jahanvi Kapoor, Kartik Aryan, Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia and his brothers Sohail and Arbaaz among others.

Included in this list was his ex-girlfriend Sangeeta Bijlani, to whom he gave a forehead kiss before sending her off. This video went viral across social media and netizens said “He should have married her”. Some fans emotionally added “Pehla Pyaar to Aakhir Pehla hi Hota hai” while some cheekily said “Shaadi karlo bhai”.

This video is a testament to Salman and Sangeeta’s bond even after years of them splitting and the place they have in the hearts of their fans. While the topic of Salman’s marriage is discussed often, it is very few times like this that it comes from a place of love and not humour.
