New Delhi: Ayesha Singh the fame of the television daily soap ‘Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein’ is receiving immense love and appreciation from the audience. Her character as Sai Joshi in the show is highly acclaimed. The unique character she portrays in the show has been doing wonders in the TRP charts and this is the reason she is being called different from other television bahus. Recently, she received Most Promising Actress award for her performance in ‘Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein’.


In a recent interview, she talked about her journey in the television industry, how she struggled and tackled all odds in her way, and what she aspires in the future. “Before getting into the acting line, I slowly convinced my parents to get me enrolled in an acting school. It was somewhat easier as the acting school was nearer to my college. They were unaware of the fact was I was very serious about acting as my career,” the actress said when asked about the beginning of her acting career.

When questioned about her thoughts on depression, Ayesha Singh immediately responded that she couldn’t discuss it since ‘depression’ is a medical term. She is unfamiliar with it and lacks knowledge about it. She goes on to say that she comes from a large family, yet she does get lonely at times. As a result, she strives to stay strong and battle this sensation in order to bring herself out of this phase. Even though she has a busy schedule, she always prioritises her friends and makes time for them.

The actress also revealed that before she was selected as the lead for Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein, she had to wait for a very long time to get such a desirable role. During that phase, she has almost decided to go back to Agra and take up a banking job since the acting career was not working out. But then, she feels fortunate enough to be able to present herself for the much-loved character.
