Telangana: Two days ahead of a meeting of the Congress-Janata Dal (Secular) coalition government’s coordination committee to discuss the expansion of the state Cabinet, senior Congress leader Satish Jarkiholi’s visit to a resort in Belagavi district have sparked rumours of unrest within the party.
Senior Congress leader admits discontent in the party because of delay in cabinet expansion. Amidst demands of cabinet berths made by certain Congress leaders, rumours are rife that disgruntled Congress MLAs may join the BJP if they’re demands are not met.
