New Delhi: The Chintan Shivir of Home Ministers of all the state governments saw the gathering of a couple of Chief Ministers, as they hold the Home Portfolio also.
While the two-day brainstorming session on finding ways to boost internal security and also address the existing problems & challenges, a photo of three Chief Ministers has gone viral on the social media.
In the viral pic, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma & Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann are seen having a hearty laugh together. As three of them share a laugh together despite belonging to rival parties, it has left the netizens amused & gladdened over the ‘rare’ image.
Though the reason behind their broad smile is not known but it has given wide scope for everyone to speculate. Prima facie, it seems that the trio burst into laughter apparently over any ‘comical’ comment by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann.

It may be noted that Bhagwant Mann has been a comedian & satirist before beginning his political career.
Many netizens who were pleasantly surprised by the ‘feel good photo’ also had enough guesses to make. A couple of them took jibes while others noted that it was one of the rare photos when CM Yogi was seen laughing on camera. Some said that Punjab CM continues to have his witty side.
