New Delhi: The ‘fugitive’ pro-Khalistan preacher Amritpal Singh was trying to raise his own army – the Anandpur Khalsa Force (AKF) based on the lines of the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) and a human bomb squad.
According to the security agencies, Amritpal Singh was using de-addiction centres and a gurdwara for keeping weapons and was giving training to youths to carry out suicide attacks, officials said on Sunday.
After a massive crackdown was launched by Punjab Police on Saturday to arrest Amritpal Singh, so far 78 members of his outfit have been arrested.

# After the massive crackdown and investigation several arms and ammunition which was meant for the so-called AKF were seized, reported PTI reported. Also, uniforms and jackets were seized by the Police.
