“Atrocities against Hindus in Pakistan will expedite the doom of Pakistan”: Ramdoot Saurabh, National Prez, Jai Shri Ram Sena

New Delhi: In a disturbing episode in rural Pakistan, the head of a stillborn infant was severed and left within the womb of its Hindu mother. In the bungled operation, the employees of the rural health center (RHC) in Sindh, Pakistan cut the newborn’s head and left it inside the 32-year-old Hindu lady, putting her life in jeopardy.

The operation was performed without the presence of a gynecologist. Because Hindus in Pakistan have been the victims of similar acts of pure hatred in the past, it is also suspected that the bungled operation was deliberate.

The disastrous operation occurred last week at a charity hospital in the Tharparkar province of Pakistan, where she was even filmed on a stretcher. The victim’s family rushed her to Jamshoro’s Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS), where the infant’s severed head was amputated, thereby sparing her life.

Professor Raheel Sikander, who heads the gynaecology unit at LUMHS, stated, “The Bheel Hindu woman, who hailed from a remote village in Tharparkar region, initially visited a rural health centre (RHC) in her area, but the untrained staff caused her extreme trauma.”

On Sunday, a Hindu group protested about horrific tragedy in front of the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi. The rally was planned by the Jai Shree Ram Sena (JSRS), a youth group with over forty-five thousand members, to oppose the horrendous crime and demand the harshest punishment possible for the offenders.

The Pakistan High Commission was aware of the demonstration, and a substantial police presence was deployed in the area. Upon approaching the High Commission, the police summoned the Hindu group to the Chanakyapuri Police Station, where they were detained for about eight hours. The Hanuman Chalisa was chanted by detainees to protest their arrest at the Chanakyapuri police station.

Two members of the Jai Shree Ram Sena Sanghatan were permitted by the Pakistan embassy to meet with its highest officials later that evening. Saurabh Jain, National President of the Jai Shri Ram Sena Sanghatan, and Yash Rajveer, General Secretary, met with an official and provided him with a memorandum asking substantial compensation for the Hindu woman and swift action against the perpetrators from the relevant authorities.

“On June 21, 2022, the head of a newborn infant was left within the womb of a 32-year-old Hindu woman from the Bheel community. She was tricked out of her life by government hospital employees in Sindh province, and the authorities have yet to take anything. We demand action in response to these despicable and life-threatening conduct.” Many more crimes are perpetrated in various regions of Pakistan, but no criminal justice system is in place, according to the JSRS report.

The memorandum also described the increasing atrocities and forced conversions against the Hindu community in Pakistan, for which no criminal justice system is in place and the government takes no action.

“Such acts of pure hatred against Hindus generate communal tension in India and animosity between Hindus and Muslims. If the Pakistan High Commission desires to maintain good relations with India, such situations must be treated with the utmost gravity. I’ve ordered the embassy officials to guarantee that the victim is compensated and that the perpetrators be punished,” said Saurabh Jain.

The Pakistani embassy told the Hindu group that the perpetrators would be punished severely and the victim would receive all available assistance as soon as feasible.
