New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a constable of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) reportedly killed himself at Indira Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday afternoon.
According to CISF Officials, Jitendra Kumar (35) shot himself in the airport’s washroom with his service pistol
They further said that the exact reason behind taking such extreme step could not be ascertained.
He used a 9mm pistol inside a bathroom at Terminal 3 around 3:45 pm, they said.
Meanwhile, the police are investigating the incident.
A CISF constable deployed in ‘B’ shift duty at Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport died allegedly by shooting himself inside the washroom on Level 2 of the airport.

Chinese women tries killing herself
Earlier, a Chinese woman tried to commit suicide at the airport on January 7, Saturday.
Officials said the Chinese woman had arrived at terminal 3 on Saturday night from Bahrain. After the preliminary investigation, it was found that the incident had taken place at approximately 4 am on Saturday morning.
The woman had cut her throat and hand in the washroom.
Reports said that her condition is stable and is currently undergoing treatment in the hospital.
During the investigation, the woman informed police that she was depressed following her recent separation from her partner.
