New Delhi: UP gangster Vikas Dubey has made chilling confession about the conspiracy he hatched against policemen when they came all the way to his house to nab him.
The Kanpur encounter and cold-blooded murder of 8 policemen was all planned, of which he was the key plotter.
When cops interrogated him after the arrest, the dreaded gangster made chilling admissions.
‘Didn’t have time, so dumped bodies of cops in a well’
Revealing his murderous plot during interrogation, Dubey told cops that he wanted to burn the bodies of fallen cops after the encounter but he didn’t have enough time, so he dumped their bodies in a well. Soon after the encounter with police, he fled from the spot to evade arrest.
During police interrogation, he also revealed that he told his men to run in separate directions. He said that he received information that the raid will take place in the morning, but the cops came at night only.
“Fired upon cops as I feared for my life”
In his confession, Vikas Dubey said that he had received a tip-off from police sources about the raid in Kanpur. After receiving prior information about raid, Vikas Dubdy cautioned told his henchmen to come along with their arms to his house ahead of the encounter.
Dubey, during police interrogation, says that he fired upon the police as he feared the force was coming to encounter him.
“We had received information that the raid will take place in the morning, but the police came at night” he told the police.
