New Delhi: Delhi Police Sub-Inspector Priyanka Sharma who was part of an encounter last night with a dreaded criminal in capital is being praised by all.
According to reports, SI Priyanka Sharma was also hit by a bullet but was saved by BP jacket.
The two criminals with rewards on their heads were injured during an encounter with Delhi Police Crime Branch near Pragati Maidan area.
Delhi Police said, “at about 4:50 am, the encounter broke out & criminals opened fire on bullet-proof jackets of ACP Pankaj & SI Priyanka. Police retaliated in self-defense. Injured criminals shifted to RML Hospital; they were wanted in MACOCA, murder & robbery cases.”
Meanwhile, she is being praised by all for showing courage and arresting the criminals.
