New Delhi: While Uttar Pradesh police tracks the whereabouts of gangster-politician Atiq Ahmed’s wife Shaista Parveen for role in Umesh Pal’s murder, some photos & videos of the ‘lady don’ has surfaced on social media.
These photos & videos are undated & also their location unknown but this is apparently the first photo of Shaista without burqa. In this viral image, Shaista Parveen can be seen in yellow salwar suit & also wearing a garland of flowers, apparently at some wedding function.
The UP Police has intensified its search for Shaista, post the killing of Atiq Ahmed as she is widely believed to be the gangster of the gang. Cops suspect that she is running the ‘big underworld empire’ of Atiq Ahmed, after latter’s death.
Raids, drones to nab Shaista
Meanwhile, Police have formed multiple teams to raid localities & villages in Prayagraj, in order to find the whereabouts of Shaista Parveen or at least a clue about her hideout.
Police have also deployed drones to locate the absconding wife of don Atiq Ahmed, based on specific intel information. The police have deployed drones to keep a bird’s eye view on her & associates movement.
Following the killing of Atiq, his son Asad & brother Ashraf, Shaista remains the only key link who could provide information about the conspiracy hatched to kill Umesh Pal & his associates in broad daylight on February 24.
She is already an accused in Umesh Pal murder case and carries an award of Rs 50,000 on her head.
