New Delhi: Giving no relief to former Mumbai police commissioner Sanjay Pandey, a Delhi court on Thursday denied bail after dismissing the application for the same. Pandey is currently in Judicial custody in a money laundering case related to alleged illegal phone tapping and snooping of the employees’ of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), said a lawyer associated with the case.

It is reported that the court has reserved its order on the plea after hearing the case from both the accused as well as the Enforcement Directorate.
Panday was sent into judicial custody on Tuesday by the court after the ED said that it did not need his custody anymore. This came after his arrest on July 19.
