New Delhi: Actor Rayya Labib who was allegedly threatened by a fan of Sheezan Khan, accused of abetting suicide of co-actor Tunisha Sharma, filed a police complaint on Friday evening at the Oshiwara police station in Mumbai.
The Mumbai police recorded NCR no 55/2023 u/s 506 of the Indian Penal Code, based on the statement of Rayya Labib.
According to Rayya Labib, the accused threatened her with dire consequences and even threatened to strip her and parade her naked for speaking out against Sheezan Khan.
She stated in her complaint that the accused was probably known to Sheezan Khan and/or his family and was acting on their behalf.
Days ago, her Instagram account was hacked and the 27-year-old actor lost access to her account and was unable to log in to her Insta profile.
In a statement issued by her management, actor Rayya Labib squarely blamed fans of TV actor Sheezan Khan for the mischief.
The account which was managed by herself as well as Team Rayya was locked out and no amount of tweaking or password reset attempts could solve the problem.
“I tried to change my password and other ‘account details’, but the hacker has changed everything. I am not able to reset my password or gain access to my Instagram account. I suspect this mischief is played by some Sheezan Khan fans as I have been speaking against the Tv actor for the last few days in the Tunisha Sharma suicide case,” Rayya said.
