New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today performed the last rites of his mother. His mother, Heeraben Modi died at the age of 100.
She was laid to rest in Gandhinagar.

PM Modi today arrived at Ahmedabad to give adieu to his mother Heeraben Modi.
He was received by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel at the airport. PM Modi’s brother Somabhai Modi and other family members also arrived at the residence of Heeraben Modi.
