Sharad Pawar’s ‘self-goal’ over Anil Deshmukh: BJP tweets VIDEO to rebut NCP chief

NCP supremo told media persons that this was an attempt to divert attention from probe into Ambani bomb scare case and Mansukh Hiren’s death case.

New Delhi: Wading into Parambir Singh’s letter controversy, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar on Monday defended Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and termed the allegations by the ex-Mumbai police chief as ‘vague and unsubstantiated’.

NCP supremo told media persons that this was an attempt to divert attention from probe into Ambani bomb scare case and Mansukh Hiren’s death case.

Pawar said that Deshmukh was admitted to hospital due to the novel coronavirus during the period Parambir Singh claimed the Home Minister met police officer Sachin Vaze, who has been arrested by the NIA in the Mukesh Ambani bomb scare probe.

Pawar informed that Anil Deshmukh was in hospital from 5-15 Feb and in quarantine from 16-27 Feb.

BJP counters Pawar’s ‘powerplay’, releases video

BJP was quick to counter Sharad Pawar’s defence of Anil Deshmukh, the minister from NCP in Maha Agadhi government.

BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya tweeted a video, in which he shared a video proof of Anil Deshmukh addressing a press conference on February 15.

Upping the ante, BJP claimed that all lies fall flat and their ‘gameplan’ stands exposed.
