New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed all the investors to the UP Global Summit and said that the state is known for good governance, peace, law and order, and stability.
While addressing the UP Global Investors Summit, PM Modi said that with the infrastructure, Uttar Pradesh has also changed its ‘Soch and Approach for ease of doing business.
He said this is driving the growth of New India. PM Modi said from electricity to connectivity, there has been improvement in every field.
The state is witnessing holistic development, he said.
PM Modi said in India there are great opportunities for investors in sectors like health, green growth, education, and social infrastructure. He also said the country is carrying out reforms not out of compulsion, but out of conviction.
The PM said there are several new initiatives in food processing sectors & natural farming, agriculture, fisheries, and dairy.
He said today, India is focused on crop diversification & reducing the input cost of our farmers.
Hence we are putting a lot of effort into promoting natural farming, said PM Modi.
Earlier today, the Uttar Pradesh (UP) Global Investors Summit, Lucknow was inaugurated by PM Modi.
