PM Modi terms Amit Shah ‘man of the match’, blasts Congress: Key points

Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today tore into Congress in the poll-bound Gujarat today and said that the grand old party has always given secondary treatment to the state.

Addressing a huge gathering of party workers, PM Modi said that the BJP has served Nehru’s vision of India better than the Congress.

He also praised BJP President Amit Shah for winning several elections for the party.

The function will mark the conclusion of 15-day long BJP Gaurav Yatra which was started from Karamsad the native place of Sardar Vallabhai Patel and Porbandar-birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi on first and second October respectively.

PM will also address BJP workers on the occasion. BJP National President Amit Shah will also participate in the Sammelan.

The state officials informed that the PM Modi will inaugurate the Ro-Ro ferry service, connecting Dahej and Ghogha next week on October 23 instead of October 17 which was earlier planned.
