New Delhi: Ahead of the grand Chess Olympiad 2022 in Tamil Nadu, the local administration of Chennai painted Napier Bridge like a chess board. The video of the bridge is now going viral on the internet. Since being posted on Twitter, the video has received over 1 lakh views and many comments.

44th Chess Olympiad to be held in Chennai
The 44th Chess Olympiad will start on July 28 in Tamil Nadu’s capital Chennai and will continue till August 9. In the competition, it is expected that over 100 countries will participate as a total of 188 countries have registered for the upcoming event.
Last month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the first-ever torch relay for the 44th edition of the event.
