Hardik Pandya has officially announced his divorce with his Serbian wife Natasha Stankovic through his social media handle.

New Delhi: After 4 years of togetherness, Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya has officially announced his divorce from his Serbian wife Natasha Stankovic. The news came after both Hardik uploaded a message on their official Instagram handles.

The message read, “After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe that this is in the best interest for the both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given  the joy, mutual respect and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family.”

Netizen’s reaction to the news of Hardik’s divorce

Being such a senior player of the Indian squad, the news of Hardik’s divorce was bound to have a rippling effect on the social media circles. Subsequently, netizens took to the X (formerly Twitter) to outpour their sympathy as well as mimic the entire incident.

While some netizens wrote about the divorce explicitly, others were more interested in other more pressing issue in this entire controversy. One netizen user wrote, “Hardik Pandya whose net worth till date is reportedly ready to give up 70% of it as Natasha seeks divorce.” 

The news that Hardik would have to pledge 70% of his property had trickled down before when the rumours of the divorce were gathering fire before the ICC T20 World Cup. However, now that the divorce has happened in reality how will this matter of property is dealt with will be interesting to see.
